Application Process :

1. General dip dyeing

Whitener usual dosage : 0.1 ~ 2.0%(o.w.f) ,

Sodium sulfate (or NaCL) : 50g/L

Temperature : 40 ~ 100℃ ( recommend 60 ~ 80℃ )

Time : 20 ~ 40min.

Liquor ratio : 1:20 ~ 1:40

2. One bath dyeing (bleaching with hydrogen peroxide )

Whitener usual dosage: 0.1 ~ 2.0%(o.w.f) ,

Hydrogen peroxide(35%) : 15.0 ~ 50g/L

Stabilizer : 4.0 ~ 8g/L

Scouring agent: 0.5 ~ 2.0g/L

NaOH(50%) : 20.0 ~ 40g/L

Temperature: 80 ~ 100℃

Time: minimum 40 min.

Liquor ratio: 1:20 ~ 1:40

Transportation & Storage : Should avoid sunlight and keeping cool & dry
