Process:(1)exhausting whitening process:BBU: 0.05-0.5% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1:10-30, dyeing temperature: 40-100 ; Na2SO4: 0-10g/L, temperature: 40-100 , 20-40min, baking, setting.

(2) Padding Process:BBU: 0.5-2.5g/L, PH: 3-9, speed of the squeeaer:30-40 meters/min
