NISSO AMERICA INC., a New York Corporation, established in 1986 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. (NISSO). NISSO AMERICA is engaged in the marketing, import, distribution and sale in the United States of specialty chemicals products such as color formers, developers for carbonless and thermal paper, and other chemical products manufactured by NISSO and its affiliated companies in Japan. Pursuant to a service agreement, NISSO AMERICA also performs various functions such as product research, market research and engineering analysis in connection with NISSO's business and operations.
