Smelting ore gyratory crusher is mainly composed of twelve big part : transmission part, crusher frame, broken pieces, eccentric sleeve, cone crusher in the frame body, part of the beam, and the original part, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic parts, block parts, electrical parts and oil lubrication. The smelting ore gyratory crusher can be divided into three series : PXZ gyratory crusher , PXQ gyratory crusher and PXF gyratory crusher. When the crushing medium hardness or above medium hardness material, we can use PXZ series crusher; If it is below the medium hardness or medium hardness ore, we can be adopt PXQ series crusher from an economic point of view ; While PXF series of crusher is usually used in the concentrator or large open-pit mines. The smelting ore gyratory crusher we produce all use hydraulic support structure . This design makes it convenient to adjust the size of row ore mouth to achieve the required material particle size and production if we need . Before the crusher works, the oil fill into the cylinder through the pump . When the crusher is raised to the working place ,the breaking cone calve closed and the oil pump stops at the same time . Smelting ore gyratory crusher working principle is driven by motor rotation, and eccentric sleeve movement is through the pulley and taper gear to achieve. At this time due to the eccentric sleeve movement, the broken cone department was forced to do rotary pendulum motion on the basis of crusher center. Within the crusher cavity in the ore is a collision, squeezing and twisting, constantly breaking cone and fixed cone touch attack, makes the ore is crushed. Then with the weight of the ore itself, it discharge from the bottom of the crusher. |
