Payment Method: L/C,T/T Cyprodinil is a protectant for the control black spot, powdery mildew, dry eye disease etc in fruit, vegetable,cereals.IUPAC: 4-cyclopropyl-6-methyl-N-phenylpyrimidin-2-amine 4-cyclopropyl-6-methyl-N-phenyl-2-pyrimidinamine Molecular weight:225.3 Physical-chemical properties: The pure compound is a kind of white powdery with light smell.Melting point: 75.9℃,Density:1.21.Solubility(g/L): water 0.020(PH5)、0.013(PH7)、0.015(PH9); ethanol 160,toluene 460,acetone 610, n-hexane 30,1-octanol 160. Toxicology: Cyprodinil has low toxicity when administered by the oral, dermal or inhalation routes.LD50 values after oral administration were > 2000 and > 5000 mg/kg bw in rats and mice, respectively. The LD50 in rats treated dermally was > 2000mg/kg bw. The LD50 in rats treated by inhalation was > 1.20 mg/L(the highest attainable concentration) after an exposure of 4 h. Clinical signs of toxicity such as piloerection, hunched posture,dysponea, and reducted locomotor activity were seen. Cyprodinil was not a skin or eye irritant but was a skin sensitizer. Application: Cyprodinil, a member of the anilinopyrimidine group, is a systemic foliar and seed dressing fungicide that acts as an inhibitor of methionine biosynthesis. It has registered uses in many countries on horticultural and cereal crops. |
