It is a kind of water-absorb master batch newly developed which is aimed to solving the problem of drying recycled plastic PE, PP before the injection molding and extrusion molding. After the adding of our product, you can process PE, PP directly without drying. This master batch contains water-absorb material which can react with water in high temperature. The master batch becomes another compound of organic and inorganic in final material. PE985T addition to recycled PE, PP has the following advantage: providing significant cost reduction potential; saving the energy cost; decreasing the emission of CO2; increasing your production efficiency; no need drying equipment. |
