82mg/kg in candy, 60 ~ 270mg/kg in Chewing gum, 32mg/kg in baking food, 18mg/kg in margarine, 6.5 mg/kg in cold drinks.

Aroma:                                                Green, thick green flowers, like roses, bay leaf leaves breath.

Solubility:                                            soluble in 90% ethanol, ether, benzene and acetic acid , micro-soluble in water.
