AB Enzymes develops, produces and sells enzymes for industrial applications worldwide. The Products range from food enzymes – e.g. for bakery products and beverages – through enzymes for feed to enzyme products for textile technology and the pulp and paper industry.
AB Enzymes is represented in more than 50 countries with over 70 products. Apart from its headquarters in Darmstadt, the company also has own offices in the USA, Singapore, China and Brazil. Some 80 employees work for AB Enzymes worldwide. The enzymes are produced in Rajam鋕i, Finland in a 50/50 joint venture (ABF and Altia), where about 65 persons are employed.
