Commercial Alcohols Inc. (CAI) is Canada's largest ethanol producer. Founded in 1989, CAI is also the top manufacturer and supplier of industrial/fuel and beverage grade alcohols in Canada.

CAI owns and operates ethanol plants in Chatham and Tiverton, Ontario. The company also has packaging plants in Brampton, Ontario, Brookfield, Connecticut, and Shelbyville, Kentucky. At the packaging plants, alcohol is custom blended and denatured for over 5,000 customers. It is then packaged for industrial, medical, and beverage uses around the world.

CAI currently manufactures 215 million litres of alcohol per year. The company will complete construction of its new 120 million litre per year ethanol plant in Varennes, Qu閎ec in the first quarter of 2007. Another new plant will soon be under construction in Ontario.
