Character : White or tiny yellow flakes. Technical index : Melting point ℃ 53～58 Flash point ℃ ＞240℃ Refraction 80 ℃ 1.445～1.455 Acid number(KOHmg/g) ＜15 Iodine value(gl2/100g) ＜2 Ratio80 ℃ 0.910～0.925 Usage : It is nontoxic grade, as outer lubricant of PVC plastics, has good mould releasing effect, and it can improve free fluidity and non adhesive in process. It is widely applied in PVC products :sheet, transparent sheet, profile, blowing film, twistable film and transparent granule. Recommended dosage : 0.3 ～ 1.2% Package and store : In knitted bag lined with film bag, net weight 25KG/bag. Avoiding high temperature and sun proof,storage expiration is one year and it can be used by tested OK after expired. |
