Improve wetting properties of the pigment
Improve color tinting strength
Improve stability of low resin content system
Application: Apply to resin system:alkyd resins acrylic resin NC nitrocotton amino [amine] resin epoxy resin polyurethane and so on automobile coating industrial paint Packaging gravure ink
Application guide : Charging procedure: solvent, dispersant, resin, pigment, keep gently agitation during charging process.
High speed stirring for 20-30 minutes, then grinding by the wet-mill.
Every color has a specific surface area, dispersant dosage is different accoirdingly.
In general, dispersant dosage is equivalent to pigment surface area /5 (percentage of pigment dosage)
