Physical and Chemical Properties
white solid, melting point 42.5-43°C, vapor pressure(25°C)2.410-3Pa. solubility(25°C) in water 2mg/L, in xylene 400mg/L, in methyl alcohol 45g/L.
Toxicity
Acute oral LD50: for male rats 163mg/kg; for female rats 135mg/kg. Acute dermal LD50 for rabbits is above 2000mg/kg. It is rapidly detoxified in animals. It shows toxic to fish and shrimp.
