Product description: Antioxidant DR-6 ChemicalName: Butylated reaction product of p-cresol and dicyclopentadiene. Average Molecular Weight:650 CAS NO:68610-51-5 Item Specifications Appearance White to off White powder or light yellow flakes Melting Point, ℃ ≥ 115 Volatility(100℃,1.5h),wt% ≤ 0.3 Ash Content,(800℃,2.0h)wt% ≤ 0.15 Applications: Antioxidant DR-6 (CAS No.:68610-51-5) can be used in uncured, sulfur cured, and peroxide cured polymers. It is an excellent antioxidant for natural and synthetic rubbers. It can be used in adhesives, molded products, latex products, shoe products, carpet padding underlay, automotive mats, white side walls, etc. Antioxidant DR-6 (CAS No.:68610-51-5) – Advantages: ? Provides excellent age resistance in rubber formulations. ? Provides excellent protection for SIS formulated and natural rubber based PSA’s. ? Provides superior protection to Neoprene based solution adhesives. ? Has an extremely low volatility. Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry area. Extended storage at elevated temperatures or exposure to driest sunlight could reduce the product life. Keep bags closed/sealed when not in use.
