Uses : This product is applicated in all kinds of PVC heat-shrinkage film printing. It has good adhesion and shrinkage-risistance, excellent compression- resistance .It is suitable for all ranges of intaglio printing speed.

1.Suitable Substrates

1.Heat-shrinkage PVC film, applicated in packing PET beverage bottle and other plastic or paper–based product lable.

2.Heat-shrinkage non-drying gluing paper.

3.Soft PVC adhesive plaster such as raincoat, tablecloth and bath cap.

2.Diluent

Special diluent for standard drying-speed ink as below:

Toluene: 60 % butanone: 8% Ethyl :acetate:

12% isopropanol: 20%

3. Printing ViscosityZahn#2 (volume cup) 25℃15-25S.

5. Attentions

1.It is not suitable for the package printing of which demanding oil resistance, high temperature sterilization-resistance.

2.The inks cannot be mixed with other models of inks in order not to affect the quality.

Recommend users to know material properties and test ink sample to sure quality when printing soft 3).PVC. Because soft PVC tablecloth and adhesive plaster is easy to remain on surface when producing and that can directly affect adhesion and tackiness properties of the ink.
