Use and Characteristics

This is specially designed for lithographic plate offset printing of metal foil paper, the surface of which is not absorbable.

Compare with general offset ink, it has the characteristics of high consistency, strong adhesion and litter dosage. The ink can link well, set fast and dry quickly when printing on metal foil paper .

Advice client use this ink for lithographic plate offset printing of metal foil paper or paper of non- absorbable.Besides four-colors, it also includes varnish, over printing varnish and various special colors.

Usage and Attentions

1.The four colors of special printing ink for synthetic paper is designed for screen printing. As for large size of graphic printing, users may add appropriate dryer according to printing conditions. Please pay attention to the balance of crust and the period of drying when adding dryers and anti-desiccant.

2.Care the thickness of piling paper, it depend upon not dirty the back.

3.Do reduce water supply at the precondition of not being pasted, and adjust the PH value of wetting water to 5.5-7.

4.The printed matter need to have sufficient the surface tension to so as to sure good adherence of printing.
