Water-based varnish (is also called DISPEERSED VARNISH) can endow printed matter with fine color drawing, splendid facial gloss. It can play the role of publicizing and beautifying goods, improving the light-resistence, heat proof and humidity-proof of ink, protecting printing trace and goods, besides, its cost is lower than compound film.

a) The layer of film is with high transparence, good gloss and has no affect on the color of printing goods which is not easy to get yellowy under strong sunlight.

2. technical specifications:

a) appearance: ivory-white viscid liquid, with non-toxic, non-smell and non- stimulating

b) solid content:≥30%

c) viscosity: 30±10 sec.( painting 4# cup,25°C)

d) PH value: 8~9using methods:

a) clean the varnish machine’s slot , after sufficiently mixing round empty varnish into the slot, start the varnish machine. if it is too adhesive, you can dilute it effectively with the mixture of clean water and ethanol or isopropanol.(the right proportion is : 1:1).b) The diluter may increase 10~50% if it is needed, after diluting, restart the varnish machine, don’t varnish until the viscosity is up to the requirement.c) Finished varnish, wash the roller with water immediately so as not to affect the quality of next lot.d) It is non-toxic, non-smell after the layer of varnish get dry, it can be safely used in the printing packing of paper, food, materia medica and tobacco, ect.e) Suggest this product be packed in clean and dry iron tins or in polyethylene buckets, be stored in cool and dry place. To be sure it is avoided strong sunlight, to be far off fire and heat source.The shelf life is one year, please check all indexes of this product when it expires. If it is up to standard, it can be still used, with no affect to the quality.
