Product: Inner Tube Mold Dope Item No.: SilibaseRA-4ITT Product Description: SilibaseRA-4ITT Inner Tube Mold Dope is semi-permanent and water-based emulsion for inner tires demoulding. It is designed for butyl rubber bladder of tire vulcanization. When properly applied to the inside of the green tire, this formula provides excellent air bleed and lubrication between the mold and the green tire resulting in good tire uniformity and minimal trapped air defects. Physical Properties: ● Appearance:Milky white liquid ● Density(g/ml):0.98-1.01 g/ml ● PH value:7.0-7.2 ● Working temperature:70~150℃ ● Dilution ratio:1:3-5 mix water by weight ● Solids, (% Nv):35% Usage Instruction: ● Clean the mold with proper detergent and use non-polluting green tire to avoid the bad combination of coating. ● To improve durability, strongly recommended to bake and warm up the green tire at 150℃ for 30 minutes in the oven after painted with release agent. Or put the green tire on vulcanizing machine after painted with release agent and cured by the heat of machine. Packaging Specifications: 25kgs/barrel, 200kgs/drum Storage: Please stored at indoor under 5℃-35℃ and away from acids and alkaline. Seal up container after open to use and need to use up diluted release agent within 3 days. Term of validity: Shelf life is 18 months at least from the date of manufacture.
