The company is located in the Hi-tech Development Zone of Puyang City–Designated with "National Sanitary City", "Garden City", "Civilized City" and "Outstanding Travel City" situated in Henan Province, China, occupying about 70,000 square meters of land. With the initial investment of 5 million US dollars and annual production capability of 15000 tons of refined PRS®C5 petroleum resins as well as annual separation capacity of 30,000 tons of C5 oil, Ruisen is one of the largest C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resin manufacture in China.
