Performance and applications:
DAEON511 was a kind of water-soluble metal deactivator which could simultaneous passivate vanadium and nickel, which was used for the FCC unit to restrain pollution of heavy metals of nickel and vanadium on the FCC catalyst. Its effective components could be adjusted according to the content of nickel and vanadium in the raw materials and pollution level on the catalyst rationally and effectively. Moreover, it could enhance and improve the catalyst's activity and selectivity with increasing overall effectiveness of the device.
Use method:
The added point of Daeon511 metal deactivator should be chosen behind all of the heaters, which was far away from the rising pipe line for 4 metres. The product could be diluted with water into a 20-50% solution before injection conducted. The adding amount was generally regarded by Ni and V content of raw materials and the sediment amount of Ni and v on equilibrium catalyst. Generally the ratio of Sb and Ni on equilibrium catalyst was to maintain to 0.5-1.0 .The recommended dosage was 100-200ppm .
