Usage
.Used as corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze, nutrient for antibiotic culture medium, phosphate and potassium regulator in fermentation industry, feed additive, etc. It is the raw material for making potassium pyrophosphate. Used as water quality treatment agent, microorganism, fungus culture agent, etc. Can be used as liquid fertilizer.
.In the food industry, it is used as a raw material for preparing alkaline water for pasta products, fermentation agents, flavoring agents, leavening agents, mild alkaline agents for dairy products, and yeast foods. Used as a buffer chelating agent. It can also be used as a feed additive.
.As a quality improver, it has the functions of increasing the complex metal ions, pH value, and ionic strength of food, thereby improving the binding force and water holding capacity of food. my country stipulates that it can be used for non-dairy fat powder, the maximum use amount is 19.9g/kg.
.Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is used as a buffer in chemical analysis, in the phosphating treatment of metals and as an electroplating additiv
