Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyer. 5. Buyer reviews, signs/ seals the Draft Contract. 6. Seller returns the duly signed Contract and provides Transaction Code. 7. Seller and Buyer lodge the Contract to their Bank respectively. 8. Seller's Bank will Swift confirmation of POP to Buyer Bank after the BCL has successfully been verified. 9. Buyer's Bank issues the DLC to Seller Bank in receipt of confirmation of POP by Bank. (Buyer sends Bank draft DLC text copy to Seller for approval in advance.) 10. Documents must be presented for negotiation within 7 days after validity of this credit. 11. Swiss confirming bank open a confirmed letter of credit. (Confirming bank should be a Swiss bank.) 12. Shipment will start according to conditions of the contract and according to agreed schedule. 13. Each party hereto will bear its respective banking costs charges. |
