Physicochemical Properties:
colorless solid, melting point: 76Oryzalin|, boiling point: 220Oryzalin|/4Pa, vapor pressure: 120mPa(20℃); solubility(20℃): 3.3mg/L water, easy soluble in organic solvents. Stability: stable under the temperature lower than 300Oryzalin|, low mobility in soil, slow degradation.
Toxicity:
Acute by oral for rats, LD50: 1453mg/kg, acute by skin for rabbits, LD50>2010mg/kg, pungent to rabbit's skin and eyes, no skin allergy for guinea pig. Acute by oral for rats, LC50 (4h)>0.045mg/L air; for widgeon, LD50>2150mg/kg; for rainbow trout, LC50(96h) is 0.8mg/L; nontoxic to bees.
Application:
Difenoconazole is triazole-type bactericide with systemic action, as sterol demethylation inhibitor, broad-spectrum. By leaf surface treatment or seed treatment, it can improve the yield and quality of crops, show permanent protection and curation activity to ascomycetes, basidiomycetes and imperfect fungi including alternaria, ascochyta, colletotrichum, phoma, ramularia, septoria, venturia and so on, powdery mildew, uredinales and some pathogenic bacteria. For grape, peanut, pome, potato, wheat and all kinds of vegetables, the use level is 30-125g(a.i.)/ha. Using 75-125g(a.i.)/ha, it has excellent effect on beet cercospora leaf spot; Using 125-250 g(a.i.)/ha for wheat during growth period, only for one time, it can effectively prevent and cure leaf blight, rust disease and mildew; Using 125 g(a.i.)/ha for potato to prevent and cure early blight, leaf spot of peanut and net spot disease; Using 2.5~5.0 g(a.i.)/hl for apple to prevent and cure black spot disease and white powder disease; Using 30~50g(a.i.)/ha for grape to prevent and cure white powder disease.
