Chemical Name:2’, 6’-difluoro-5-methoxy-8-fluoro [1, 2, 4] triazolo [1, 5-c] pyrimidines-2-sulfonanilide
Physical and Chemical Properties: The appearance is white solid, melting point is 193.5-230.5oC, relative density is 1.77 at 21oC. The vapor pressure is 1X10-2mPa at 25oC. The solubility in water is 6.36g/L at 20oCand the pH is 7.0.
Toxicity: Acute oral toxicity for rat is LD50>6000mg/kg. Acute dermal toxicity for rabbit is LD50>2000mg/kg. It is irritant to rabbit eyes but not to rabbit skin. Acute oral toxicity for quail is LD50>6000mg/kg, feeding quail and wild duck is LD50(5d)>5000mg per kilogram feed. Toxicity for fish is LC50(96h,mg/L)more than 86 for rainbow trout, more than 98 for giant sunfish. Oral and contact toxicity is LD50(48h)>100μg for each bee. LD50(14d)for earthworm is more than 1320mg per kilogram soil.
