Appearance: Light yellow powder
Properties:Light yellow powder or granudes, micro foul, bitter.non-toxic.The density is 1.42-1.52, the melting point is above 170°C,Solube in ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, NaOH and Na2CO3, not easily soluble in benzene. insoluble in water and gasoline. Storage stabilitu. Lower explosion limit is 21g/m3
Applications:It is mainly used in rubber and lates systems. Currently it is a major acidic agent at medium cure rate, and with other alkaline curing such as TMTD,TETD or DPG can be achiebed higher activity. Its curing temperature is low, easily dispersed in rubber, noe-polluting. It gives vulcanized rubber eccellent anti-aging properties. Maninly used for the manufacturing of tires, rape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used for food-related materials.
