Uses: Food additives and processing used in PVC lubricants.
Performance: Monoglyceride jade white or yellow waxy solids, the product generally block, segment, and small granule-like. Insoluble in water, and hot water after the strong dispersion in which mixing. Soluble in ethanol, oil and hydrocarbons. Is a non-ionic surfactant, HLB value of 3.6-4.2, a single ester content of greater than 40%. Is the most widely used in food, the amount of one of the largest food emulsifier.
