Product Introduction:
Being an improved AC product, this series of foaming agents is developed by our corporation especially for the injection technology of EVA based on the high-temperature foaming agents, and it is most suitable to the injection foaming technology of EVA, MD and EVA for making slippers of high grade.

Application Specification:
For applying this series of foaming agents in EVA/rubber mixture, a small quantity of zinc oxide or stearates should be added to it so that it may decompose at 160℃ or so.
This series of foaming agents may decompose completely within a short time length and endow the finished products with the excellent performance such as hardiness, density, whiteness, tensile strength, and tearing strength; in particular, it benefits the extensibility, whiteness and better bubble structure of products.
This series of foaming agents possesses not only the physical performance matching the foaming injection technology, but also excellent technological performance and dispersibility that promote flowing and bridging of resins. Not only the foaming agent may avoid the possible premature decomposition caused by high shearing stress during kneading and pelleting, but also decompose rapidly and completely in the mould to guarantee that the product is of smooth surface and fine bubble structure and without yellow color left by AC decomposition while maintaining other excellent performance.

Package and Storage:
This series of foaming agent features excellent stability when stored under the common temperature. It should be kept in the cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight. Never let it contract direct acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to swallow it.
A bag contain 25kg of this kind of foaming agent, bags are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients’ demand.
The total weight of this foaming agent series in a batch amount to 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of the same batch, users may test only a handful of it for confirmation, if the test result is ok, then they may use the whole batch with certainty.
