Applications It is applied in dipping and padding finishing process for cotton, fibre and other synthetic fibre. Usage 1) Making solution: making solution with 6-10% concentration, or according to the actual application. Method: putting weighted water and softener flake together, and then mixing to 60-70℃, until all are dissolved, then mixing to cooling, in case of appearing skinning. 2) Dosage: Exhausting process: 2-6% (o.w.f), 25-40℃, time: 15-30 min Padding process: 20-50 g/l, under room temperature, drying. Package & storage 1. Package: 25kg/paper bag 2. Storage: at least 24 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
