Application Main Applications Epothilone B is a 16-membered macrolide that displays microtubule stabilizing properties. Studies have shown that Epothilone B induces tubulin polymerization into microtubules in vitro. Additional experiments suggest that Epothilone B causes cell cycle arrest at the G2 stage and eventually leads to cytotoxicity.
