Product description: Foamless anti-staining soaping agent (concentrated-flake) Properties: Appearance: white flake Iconicity: anionic/non-ionic Solubility: dispersing in water quickly pH value: 7-9 It is a special polymer emulsion with good price to performance ratio, and is used in soaping of cotton, wool, silk and ramie dyeing and prints with reactive, acid, direct and dyes to instead of conventional high efficiency wash-off agent to remove unfixed dyes and hydrolyzed dyes and obtain brilliant shade. It features better soaping effect than the similar imported products. Performance: Foamless, improved color fastness to washing up to grade 4.5-5, enhanced wet rubbing fastness and brilliant shade. It has bi-function on prints with anti-staining to white ground and soaping effect. Application: Used for cleaning of loose color and anti-staining to white ground of reactive dyeing and prints of cotton and ramie in order to improve color fastnesses to washing and rubbing. Use after dillution: General dyed fabric: dyeing → rinsing → raising temperature to 90-100℃ →soaping with soaping agent of 1 g/L → soaping at 95-100℃ for 20min → rinsing →boiling water rinsing for 15-20min → rinsing For dyeings in red, turquoise blue and dark shade, soaping with the above process followed by boiling water rinsing for 15min and cold water rinsing. If the result is still not satisfactory, please soaping for second time. For anti-staining soaping of prints, prepare the water bath, mix the water and 1 g/L soaping agent fully and evenly, then inlet the fabric and soaping for 30min, and rinsing. Dilution method Dilute to solution of 10% with deionized water. (Note: Please dilute the whole parcel once.)
