At present many manufacturer use adding a large amount of starch to make surface sizing to improve the ring crush strength of paper. But due to the skyrocketing price of the starch and the greater the dosage, the cost become higher, and the ring crush strength increase is limited, thus caused the increase of production cost. This product is mainly used to increase the strength of paper and paperboard, can effectively increase the paper’s hardness,resistance to break,ring crush strength, tensile force and other physical indicators. It could improve the ring crush of corrugated paper 20%-30%(increasing l-2 ring crush index)

Method of Application

1.Amount : According to the dosage of surface sizing agent, general recommended dosage is l-2 kg per ton of paper,also could according to the specific production conditions.
2. Add Location: Starch gelatinization tank, gelatinization together with starch.
3. Add methods: Add water in gelatinization tank and then start the stirring. Take certain amount of paper strengthening agent and starch, put together with viscosity reducer in gelatinization tank. Operate according the normal technology, could adjust the amount of viscosity reduce, about 10% according to viscosity of glue soluting.
4.Add order: water--starch---strengthening agent---put surface sizing agent ( Stir evenly)---other auxiliaries - - - viscosity reducer- - - rise humidity to 90-93 degree - - - keep warm 2 0 minutes - - - embarkation.

This product was added in surface sizing starch liquid, could improve the ring crush strength of paper, the general increase from 20% to 30%, to meet the requirement of users to improve ring crush strength of paper.
