application:
Demulsifier is compounded with the nonionic surfactants as the major materials. It is mainly used for the dehydration and desalination of the crude oil in the refinery plant before processing. The agent could quickly permeate through the oil phase and gather on the surface of the water drops to vigorously absorb brackish water drops. In this way, water drops will be recombined; the membrane will be broken; the granularity of the water drops will be increased. All these will promote the quick separation of oil and water, excise the brackish water drops sunk to the bottle bottom and achieve the purpose of dehydration and desalination. Thus, the demulsifier boasts the merits of quick dehydration, less oil content and sewage and high dehydration and desalination rate.

How to use and use amount:
Before use, add 20~100ppm to the sprue through the metering pump.
Packing, shipping and storage:
Packaged in special iron drums, net weight: 180kg/drum or packaged as required;
Avoid sun exposure, rain permeation and collision during the shipping process;
Store the product in the clean, cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
