application:
The HCl-H2S-H2O corrosion happening in the fractionation tower top, condensation and cooling system during the crude oil processing process might seriously influence the normal operation. The product adopts the organic amine as the major corrosion inhibition. It features fast film formation and can quickly form the corrosion inhibition film on the surface of the tower top air cooling and processing pipeline. Moreover, it boasts the neutralization function, which can effectively inhibit the corrosion of the corrosive media of metals. Due to the surface activity function of the corrosion inhibition agent, the complexation force between the precipitates and the surface of the metals can be reduced to loosen the sediments. Thus, the product can clean the precipitates.

How to use:
The adding amount should not exceed 600µg/g (users can adjust the adding amount according to the property, moisture content and sulphur content of the crude oil to be processed);
The corrosion inhibitor is a composite multi-effect corrosion inhibitor. Users should not add ammonia into it. The sewage pH value should be adjusted within 6~8 if clean water is added into it.
Packaging and storage:
Packaged with 25~200kg plastic drums; stored in the cool and well-ventilated place; no open flames.
