Feature

Alfa-cyclodextrin has a smaller cavity campared with beta-cyclodextrin, but better water solublitly, when at 25 ℃. alpha cyclodextrins solubility is 1.27 g / 100ml and beta- cyclodextrins solubility is only 1.88 g / 100ml.  Smaller cavity and better water solubility make it has the larger applications than beta-cyclodextrin in some case Application.
