Product description: Raptor-1508 Antioxidant Description Raptor-1508 is 100% active antioxidant complex in liquid form. It is phonel-free, nonylphenol-free, BHT-free, Bisphenol-A-free, also without active amines. It has great effectiveness in preventing oxidation of polyols and excellent performance in anti-scorch of PU foams, especially for flexible foam, rigid foam and elastomers. Typical properties Appearance clear, light yellow liquid Viscosity (40oC)mm2/s 300-600 Density (25oC) 0.95-1.0g/cm3 Applications Raptor-1508 is designed for PU foams as stabilizer. It can prevent oxidation of polyether polyols and resist scorch in foaming. Features Reducing & preventing oxidation of polyols Low VOC & low fogging of PU products High resistance of scorch & hydrolysis Fully liquid product for simplified blending and handing Recommended Dosage The use concentration of Raptor-1508 is typically 0.4-1.0% by weight.
