The company is capable of producing 5,000 tons of 1H-Benzotriazole, 5,000 tons of 5-Methyl-1H-benzotriazole, 100 tons of 5-Methyl-1H-benzotriazole, 200 tons of sodium benzotriazole, 200 tons of tolytriazole sodium salt, and 3,000 tons of bisphenol S each year.

Our products are mainly used as antirust agent and corrosion inhibitor for metals such as silver, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, and so on; used in antirust oil (grease) products; in vapor phase inhibitor for copper and copper alloy, circulating water treatment agent, antifoggant for photography, UV-resistant or anti-static stabilizer for polyamide, polyester and other high polymer materials, additive for lubricating oil, emulsifier, motor vehicle antifreeze fluid, and etc. Moreover, the product can be used with various scale inhibitors, germicides and algicides in closed recirculating cooling water system.

The company has highly-qualified R&D team, has Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Antirust and Anticorrosive Chemicals, and has several invention patents and utility model patents. Botao is the drafting unit of industrial standard for benzotriazole and tolytriazole. It has established long-term cooperation relations with universities and colleges such as Zhejiang University. The introduction of DCS from Zhejiang University realizes the automatic and modern management of production process.
