Product description:
The full Chinese name of ADOS is N-ethyl-N - (2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl) -3-methoxyaniline sodium salt (dihydrate), with CAS number 82692-96-4. Due to its long Chinese name, it is commonly referred to as ADOS or CAS number in keyword searches. The molecular formula is C12H22NNaO7S, with a molecular weight of 347.36, and it needs to be stored in a dark and moisture-proof environment.
The new Trinder's reagent is a highly water-soluble aniline derivative widely used in diagnostic testing and biochemical experiments. There are several advantages in colorimetric determination of hydrogen peroxide activity compared to conventional chromogenic reagents. The new Trinder's reagent is stable enough to be used in both solution and experimental pipeline detection systems. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide and peroxidase, the novel Trinder's reagent forms highly stable purple or blue dyes during the oxidative coupling reaction with 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AA) or 3-methylbenzothiazole sulfonylhydrazone (MBTH). The molar absorbance of MBTH coupled dyes is 1.5 to 2 times higher than that of 4-AA coupled dyes; However, the 4-AA solution is more stable than the MBTH solution. The substrate is enzymatically oxidized by its oxidase to produce hydrogen peroxide. The concentration of this hydrogen peroxide corresponds to the substrate concentration. Therefore, the amount of substrate can be determined by colorimetric oxidation coupling reaction. Glucose, alcohol, acyl CoA, and cholesterol can be used to detect substrates that are coupled with new Trinder's reagents and 4-AA. There are currently 10 new Trinder's reagents available. The following table shows the maximum wavelength and molar absorbance of each new Trinder's reagent complex oxidized with 4-AA. Among the new Trinder's reagents, TOOS is the most commonly used. However, for specific substrates, testing different types of new Trinder's reagents is necessary to develop the best detection system.
