  ERDISPER 3000 polymer dispersant is applied for plasticizer resin paste, architectural coatings, pigment masterbatch. During grinding process, it helps pigment more stable in the system. When applying masterbatch, mix ERDISPER 3000 and plastic thoroughly and then charge pigment and filler. Every color has a specific surface area. According to different surface area, dispersing agent dosage is also different. In general, when applying in the resin paste and building coating, the dosage of the dispersant is equivalent to pigment surface area /5 (percentage of pigment dosage). In color masterbatch application, dosage of the dispersant is 5-10% on benchmark of pigment dosage. Packaging and storage : 25 kg / drums Sealing condition, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse.
