  Suitable Substrates

  1.Polypropylene film(degree of treatment: 38~44 dyne).

  2.nylon, alumium-plated film(degree of treatment: 38~44 dyne).

  Proportion of diluents:

  1.Fast-drying solvent: toluene 70%, isopropanol 20%, ethyl ester 10%.

  2.Medium-drying: toluene 60%, isopropanol 40%.

  3.Slow-drying : toluene 20%, isopropanol 50%, xylene 30%.Users can adjust ratio according to his printing demand.

  Attentions

  1.The inks should stir well before use, then it will imparts good fluidity.

  2.The inks are not applicated in the printing of food packing for temperature resistance and high temperature sterilization-resistance.

  3.The inks cannot be mixed with other models of inks in order that deteriorating phenomenon which leads to printing broken-down do not occur.

  4.The product should be stored in the ventilated dry warehouse far from fire.

• Uses :

  YZV-3 aluminum-plated Film Printing Ink is grinded by superior quality polyamide resin, associated with organic solvents, top pigment and importing additives, etc. It is applicated in all kinds of imported, domestic gravure printing. It imparts excellent
