• Product description :

  1. Introduction:

  YZ-2116 is rosin modified phenolic resin. It is mae from phenolic resin (made by bisphenol A and formaldehyde) through rosin modification and glycerine esterification. It is ideal offset ink vehicle.

  2. Technical specifications:

  Viscosity (mPa.s/25 Deg.C.): 2700-4500

  Acid Number (mgKOH/g):≤18

  Color (Gardner colorimetry):≤12

  Soft point (Deg.C. Ring and Ball Method): 154-170

  3. Features:

  1). Low color, high gloss, good transparncy, to improve ink vividness;

  2). Low acid number, medium molecular weight, high soft point, good compatibility with vegetable oil and mineral oil;

  3). Moderate dissolved viscosity, good solvent release;

  4). Good dryness and adhesion, strong printability.

  4.Shelf Life: One year.
