• Product description :

  1.Property Characteristics:

  1.It has fine fluidity and solvent releasing ability with litter remaining and no smell.

  2.high abitity of transferring , printing tissues can be perfectly reproduced.

  3.Pure and vivid colors, plump and clear printing tracks with excellent gloss.

  4.Fine Property of water-resistance,freezing-resistance,light-resistance,temperature-resistance.

  5.Unique adhesive, adhesion–resistance, anti-lubricity, anti-scuffing and good printability.

  2. Applicable base materials:

  1.polyethylene. polypropylene films (untreated)

  2.films of polyester, glassine, nylon, aluminum foil (degree of treatment: above 38~52 dyn)

  3. Proportion of Diluent:

  1.toluene 70%, isopropanol 20%, ethyl ester 10%.

  2.toluene 70%, isopropanol 30%

  3.toluene 60%, isopropanol 30%, xylene 10%.

  4. Attentions:

  1.The inks should be stirred sufficiently and the inks will have fine fluidity.

  2.The product is not suitable for the food packing printing that demands high temperature steam-boiling

  3.0Suggest not to mixed it with other inks of different characters so as not to change its quality.

  4.The product should be stored in the ventilated dry warehouse far from fire source.
