• Product description :

  YZV-6 type ink is specially designed for high speed printing. It imparts high color density, high gloss, low odor and low solvent residue. It is applicated in treated PE and PP substrates, etc.

  Suitable Substrates

  1.treated LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film (surface tension≥38 dyne )

  2.treated OPP film (surface tension≥38 dyne )

  3.other substrates should be tested printability before use.

  Product Characteristics

  1.low odor, low solvent residue

  2.high gloss, high color consistency, low viscosity, good adhesion (treated film)

  3.good transferability, clear level, excellent color reproducibility, suitable for high speed printing

  4.Smooth ink, anti-blocking under warming

  1.high speed composed printer (25℃)

  2.medium and low speed composed printer (25℃)

  Attentions

  1.Add suitable diluent according to product’s demanding.

  2.Inks should be stored at room temperature. When freezing occur, it should be unfrozen before use.

  3.It does not impart laminating and thermo-sealing properties

  4.Recommend not directly using in cosmetics, fatty cake, steaming or boiling food package
