• Product description :

  It is manufactured from imported fine materials. It is applicated in the printing of treated OPP, CPP films with wide printability and good laminating properties at a wide range of speed from low to high.

  Properties

  1.Fine solvent releasing low solvent residue and no odor

  2.High ability of transferring and cascade reproducibility

  3.Apply in the laminating printing of woven bag for special purpose with fine laminating power.

  Proportion of dilution

  1.Quick drying solvent: ethyl acetate 50%,toluene 50%.

  2.Standard solvent: ethyl acetate 20%,toluene 80%.

  3.Slow drying solvent:toluene 50%,butanone10%, xylene 40%.

  Usage and Attentions

  1.The inks should be mixed sufficiently before operation in order that the inks have fine fluidity.

  2.The dryness of ink may be adjusted according to the printing environment by means of different mix made two kind or more from ethyl acetate toluene butanone xylene.

  3. The product should be stored in the ventilated dry warehouse far from fire.
