〖PROCESSING ADVICE〗
Various organic peroxides will vulcanize these fluorosilicone compounds. Fabricators should make their own selection of curing agents on the basis of methods of manufacturing, desired properties, and safety considerations. Curing agent can be mixed into the compounds. The optimum curing procedures will depend on the process methods you use and the physical dimensions of the vulcanized product. It is usually necessary to post cure the products in air oven after molded cure.
〖Usage〗
Adding 0.6~0.8 phr curing agent (DBPH recommended)
Press cure: 170℃×15 mins; Post cure: 200℃×4 hrs
If customers require other curing temperature, curing system must be changed.
〖Package〗
Packed in plastic bags placed into reinforced cartons, 20kg/2bags/carton.
Shelf-life is 12 months when kept in dry and ventilated environment.
〖Notes〗
1. This product has cold-flow characteristics, should avoid bag breakage in the process of transportation and usage.
2. The product should be kept neutral, avoid contact with acid or alkaline substances.
