  With Chlorinated Polyethylene (herein below called CPE) elastomer CM361M, blended with other additives and pigments, CPE Jacket has good properties of fire retardancy, oil-proof, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, good resistance to cold & weathering and excellent mechanical properties. Our DCH03C rubber-sheath Compound follows GB7594.5-87 standard, or SE4. Rubber sheath made by CDH 03C is the first ideal substitution of CR & CSM because of its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface and lower cost.
