  Performance and application:
  DAEON411O slurry oil inhibitor had good fuctions of scaleinhibition,clean ,dispersion and solubilization, which was mainly applied for FCC slurry system and improving the effect of heat exchanger , reducing temperature of the slurry back to tower and increasing the steam generating capacity, etc. At the same time ,it could also enable the slurry system pressure to drop ,reduce the amount of rejection slurry, improve the temperature of fractionation tower bottom and increase the yield of light oil.
  Use method:
  The product can be injected directly by metering pump, or be diluted with diesel to solution of 10-20%. It was proposed that the injection port should be opened to the slurry pump exit of fractionating tower , the adding amount was generally between 50-200ppm. The injection volume should be doubled in the first week after the start of new equipment or pipeline so as to form good layers of protective form on the surface of the equipment and pipelines.
  Package and store:
  200L(n.w180kg) iron drum packaging. The product should be sealed and stored ,keep away from rain , sunshine and fire.
