  Performance and application
  The LD-z01 atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit inhibitor had good fuctions of scaleinhibition , dispersion , corrosion inhibition and solubilization, which was mainly used for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to inhibit fouling of the pipelines vacuum distillation tower bottom and crude heat exchanger systems , meanwhile, it could form a dense protective film on the metal surface of device so as to ease the high-temperature corrosion of metal surface.
  
  Use method
  The product could be injected directly by metering pump ,or be diluted with water to solution of 10-20%. The injection point was generally located at the cut 2 midpiece reflow location and the injection volume was generally between 100-150ppm of decompression treatment capacity. The injection volume should be doubled in the first week after the start of new equipment or pipeline so as to form good layers of protective form on the surface of the equipment and pipelines.
  
  Package and store
  200L iron or plastic drum packaging. The product should be stored and transported according to general hazardous chemicals.
