  Properties: Colorless or slight yellow transparent liquid. Relative density 0.98g/ml at20℃; easily soluble in water and polar organic solvents, hard to soluble in minerals,benzene,ether and other non-polar solvent;when PH(1% solution)>7,appears cationic character,with excellent abilities in dissolution,emulsif cation, foaming, foam stabilization,softeninganti-static etc.
