  1, Technical index:
  (1) Active matter : 30±1%
  (2) PH value: (1%Aq. solution) : 11-12
  (3)Solubility: all soluble in 1: 100的 acid Aq. solution
  (4) Appearance: brown black thick liquid

  2, Dosage: add emulsifier into water, stir it and add HCL to adjust PH value in 1.8-2.3
  (1)water temperature : 55-70°C ( emulsifier Aq. solution)
  (2) asphalt temperature : 120-135°C
  (3) emulsifier: 12-20‰ (90# asphalt)
  (4) Ratio: ( asphalt:water=6:4 )

  3, Cautions:
  (1) Before use, making sure the PH value of emulsifier Aq. solution is 1.8-2.3
  (2) Avoid freeze in winter
