  Dosage: Based on 100% Active matter, dosage is 3‰ of asphalt, or do experiment before use
  ① water temperature :55-70℃(化剂Aq. solution）
  ② asphalt temperature :125-130℃
  ③ emulsifier:4－6‰（90＃ asphalt）
  ④ Ratio:（ asphalt:water=6:4）

  Cautions:
  add emulsifier into water, heat, stir it and add HCL to adjust PH value in 1.5-2.5
