  Odourless DCP(vulcanizing agent BIBP) Molecular formula :C6H4[C(CH3)2OOC(CH3)3]2 Properties：insoluble in water,partly dissolve in organic solvents like ethanol、ether、benzene、carbon tetrachloride Theoretical active oxygen: 9.45% Appearance : White pale yellow powder or white pale yellow granular content % ≥98 Melting point :45℃– 55 ℃ Usage: Odourless DCP is crosslinking agent of silicon rubber、 foaming EVA、CPE、EPDM、Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene、TP-2、HNBR. It is only need 2/3 other crosslinking agent when having the same effect of crosslinking. This product is odourless and fit for using inrubber mould technology crosslinking of High insulation material and EVA Foaming. Direction：sizing material can be added when mixing.It can produce the high polymers additive amount is 3 times ,when the crosslinking effect is needed. Package& Storage: It is packed with PE plastic bag inside, net weight is 5kg, corrugated paper ouside, net weight 20kg/carton.It needs to be stored under 45℃.this product is no deterioration easily.It avoids exposing goods to strong sunlight and shaking violently when transporting. And also avoids being heated, refusing with the strong acid and the reducing agent altogether storing and transporting. Guarantee period: 1 year
